About All City Payday Loan
Short-term credit is priced by state law, but almost nobody tells borrowers what the law actually allows. All City Payday Loan exists to fix that: for 1434+ cities across 38 states, we publish the legal cap, the maximum fee, and the term — in dollars, not legal jargon.
What we do
- Publish the rules. Every state and city page is built from statutes and regulator data, and links to the regulator that enforces them.
- Match borrowers to licensed lenders. Our short form reaches several licensed lenders so you can compare offers instead of applying one by one.
- Show costs before you apply. Cost tables on every page reflect the legal ceiling — never a lender's marketing.
How we're paid
If you take a loan through one of the lenders we route you to, the lender may pay us a fee. This never changes your price: state law caps what any lender may charge you, matched or not. We don't rank lenders by commission, and we don't publish fake reviews.
What we are not
We are not a lender, not a broker of record, and not a credit advisor. We don't make credit decisions, we don't guarantee approval, and we don't handle your loan after it's funded — your contract is with the lender alone.
Methodology & editorial standards
- Sources. Every cap, fee ceiling, term limit, and rollover rule is taken from the state statute (cited on each state page) and the enforcing regulator's publications. We re-verify the full dataset at least quarterly and after any legislative change we learn of.
- Computed, not quoted. Cost tables, APR figures, and state rankings are calculated by us from the statutes — the same math everywhere, no lender input, no averages dressed up as law.
- Ceiling, not quote. Where a state sets no fixed fee, we say so and show a clearly-labeled market range instead of inventing a number.
- No fake reviews, no fake authors. We don't publish ratings without real reviews, and our pages don't carry invented expert bylines.
- Corrections. Found a figure that doesn't match your state's law? Write to us — verified corrections ship within days, and the methodology note on each page shows the date of the last check.
Spot an error in your state's numbers? Tell us — the statutes change and we keep these pages current.
